PAUL F. O'BEIRNE
Paul O'Beirne was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia in 1996. Since October 2000 he has run his own busy legal practice in the regional city of Ballarat, focussing on property law, business law, wills and estates. Having completed the Professional Course in Notarial Practice through Victoria University in 2017, he was appointed by the Supreme Court of Victoria as a Notary Public under the Public Notaries Act 2000
